First Ever

I'd never really considered bloggin(g - edit: cannot believe I forgot the g at the end. I'm from Missouri, not southern Missouri *grin*) before, but they make setting this up so easy. How can I pass that up? More later...

I just saw your comment on Kyran Pittman's blog, Notes to Self.

I grew up in Missouri, also, just outside of Springfield. Now I live in Arizona, where there aren't any fireflies. I've written on my own blog how much I miss them, so your comment resonated with me.

We have a lake house in Indiana, at which we will spend time in the summers, so I'm glad my kids will get to enjoy the fireflies then. But for now, I miss them.
